On behalf of the Porsche Club of American: Upper Canada Region, I want to thank you for sponsoring our Summer Fun Rally on July 18. We had a great turnout, 42 people from as far away as London, Ontario and Buffalo, New York. Everything seemed to come together at just the right time.

Everyone was most impressed with the prize you donated for our rally. The desk set with the race car was appropriate. Since we were not emphazing speed on this rally (entrants were given stricted instructions to obey all posted speed limits), we had to find another category to award this wonderful prize for. Given the size and value of the prize, we decided that it would be most appropriate to award your donation to the couple who had the overall best performance in the rally. To decide this, we considered the actual distance driven by the participants, the number of correct answers they provided for the enroute questions and the items they collected as part of the scavenger hunt. The grand prize winners were Tiffany and Martin Lodder of Brighton in their 1978 Porsche 911SC.

From all of the participants and those of us putting the even together, I want to thank you for your support. You helped make it a great day!
